"I have taught for over 38 years and I enjoy all kinds of music. Having lived in Brazil for 28 years, I have an appreciation and love for the music from South America. I love to share this with my students, including pieces in their repertoire. I have done alot of accompanying and I encourage my students in this area. I also have a duet partner, Teresa Tedder, and we perform extensively." |

Joanna received her Master's Degree in Music Education and Piano from Campbellsville Univeristy and went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and Piano from Georgetown College. |

| Piano study and theory lessons. Joanna has taught Music History, Theory, Piano Literature and Music Appreciation at the university level for many years. |
